What is the launch offer?
We're launching, and our first clients get the best rate while we build our portfolio. Same team, same quality. The launch price is open until 31 January 2027. Sign before then and keep it for your first 3 months, after which your plan moves to the regular price. Month to month, cancel any month.
Will my ads look fake or "AI"?
We hold every ad to a commercial-grade bar: real-looking products, places and people, with no warped hands or garbled text. We check every take before you see it. That said, someone with a trained eye for AI may still be able to tell, and that's true of all AI video today. Regardless, all our commercials are made to a very high, carefully crafted standard.
Do I need to film anything?
No. No crew, no studio, no filming day. We work from your product photos, your logo and a short brief.
What do you need from me?
A brand call, 5 to 10 photos of your product or place, your logo and brand colours, and quick replies when we send scripts and drafts for approval.
How fast will I get my first ad?
Within 5 to 7 business days after we receive your brief and assets. The rest of the month's content follows on a set schedule.
How do revisions work?
Every ad includes one revision round. You approve the script before we produce anything, so the revision is for fine-tuning, not starting over.
What format will my ads be in?
Each ad is made in one format, agreed with you before production, based on where you will post it. Extra versions of an ad in other formats are not included.
Can I run the ads as paid ads? Who owns them?
Yes. You get full commercial and paid-ad usage of everything we deliver, on any platform, during your subscription and after it ends.
Can you match my real product exactly?
We get very close and check every detail with you before delivery: the product, the logo, the packaging and any claims. If something can't be matched exactly, such as fine print on a label, we tell you upfront.
What languages do you make ads in?
English, for voiceover and captions.
Do you run my ads or manage my ad budget?
No. We make the ads and you run them, or your marketer does. We deliver files ready to post on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube Shorts.
What is the launch price?
It's our opening offer: every package at half its regular price, for businesses that sign before 31 January 2027. You keep the launch price for your first 3 months. We're launching, and our first clients get the best rate while we build our portfolio. The team and the quality stay the same.
What happens after the first 3 months?
Your plan moves to the regular price, shown crossed out on each package. We'll remind you before that happens, and you can cancel or switch packages at that point.
Can I cancel or switch packages?
Yes. Every package is month to month, with no lock-in contract. Cancel, upgrade or downgrade before your next billing date.
How do I pay?
Monthly and upfront, before each month's work starts, by bank transfer or card.
Is this right for my business?
If you sell something people can see, such as food, products, a space or a service, it's a good fit. Cafés, clinics, salons, gyms, retail and real estate are all good examples. Not sure? Send us your Instagram and we'll tell you honestly.
Do you tell people the ads are made with AI?
Yes. We're openly an AI ad studio, so we're upfront that our ads are made with AI. If a platform asks for AI content to be labelled, we make sure your ads meet its rules: we check every ad against each platform's AI-label rules before delivery and send you simple posting instructions.
